- Payment Processing: Remitory partners with third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment processors. Remitory is not responsible for errors or issues related to the payment processing services.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our refund policy. Please review the refund policy carefully.
7. User-Generated Content
Users of Remitory may upload or submit content, such as project details, client information, communications, and documents. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by submitting content to Remitory, you grant us a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree that you will not upload or share any content that:
- Violates any intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains personal data of any individual without proper consent.
- Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Remitory reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Service, including but not limited to software code, design, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Remitory or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent from Remitory.

REMITORY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON- INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMITORY AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF REMITORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL REMITORY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO REMITORY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remitory, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the State of Washington, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Remitory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
